POLICIES
Y A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 either cash, debit or visa is
required to hold all parties. Please remember if you cancel your
party, the deposit will not be returned, although an alternative
date maybe chosen. In the event we cancel the party, we will
return your deposit or find you an alternative date.
Y An administration charge of $25.00 will be charged for any charges that are returned NSF. If you pay a deposit by cheque and the cheque is returned NSF you will be required to pay for the entire party prior to the date. If the cheque hasn't cleared we reserve the right to cancel your party.
Y If the birthday child is ill on the day of the party we will be happy to reschedule your party on a date that we can accommodate.
Y The balance of your party is due on the day of the party and is payable in cash only. At the location we accept Visa or Debit.
Y All parties will be confirmed 48 hours prior to the party. The number you provide to the Perfectly Pampered Princess will be the number you will be invoiced for. If your numbers increase you will be charged accordingly. If they decrease you will still be charged the number you provided 48 hours prior to the party.
Y The minimum number for each party is 5 girls; if your party consists of less than 5 girls you will still be charged the rate for 5 girls.
Y If your party is outside the listed locations a $15.00 additional charge on the base rate is applicable.
Y We ask that your guests come to the party with clean, dry hair.
Y Please advise us of any allergies that the children attending your party might have. We will do our best to avoid using any products that might affect them.
Y Food can be served during the party although it is advisable that the food is finger food. It is easier if you serve larger meals including cake before or after the spa portion of the party.
Y DVD videos-we will strive to maintain quality in the production of your music video. But, unfortunately technical problems may occur. If this happens we will do our best to rectify the problem or we will refund you the cost of the video. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the video.
If your party is at the location 1 parent must be present at all times. We will not conduct a party without the presence of a parent. We ask that there only be a maximum of 2 parents at each party as space is limited.
PROCEDURES:
Y We are flexible about the room in which the party is held, although we ask that the room is accessible to water, electrical outlets and provides enough space for your girls.
Y Where possible we ask that you provide a table and two chairs to be utilized for the manicure station.
Y We provide everything. All you need to provide are the towels for the footbaths.
Y We reserve the right to refuse any girl who we suspect of having lice, warts or any other communicable disease.
Y It is of the utmost importance that we practice safe disinfection processes on each girl. Therefore we will clean every hairbrush with Barbicide. We will clean and dump the footbaths after every use, we wear gloves when doing pedicures and we use disposable applicators for make-up applications.
